Storage Guide:
Store unwashed in the refrigerator. Keep in a breathable bag or container. Best consumed within 3–5 days.
Avoid washing before storage as excess moisture can shorten shelf life.

Garlic Spinach Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp mustard oil, Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil. Add garlic and sauté. Add spinach. Cook for 3–4 minutes. Serve hot.
